ACCOMMODATION BOOKING PROCEDURE

It is very easy to find an appropriate accommodation unit, the one that will suit your taste and interests:

1. Just choose the type of holidays and (optionally):
   
   • a tourist region
   • a type of accommodation
   Or you can choose between private accommodations and hotels sorted by regions and towns, if a type of holiday is not your primary concern.



2. On the basis of the results of such search, make your inquiry regarding availability of the chosen accommodation unit (inquiry as a link on the bottom of the search engine). If you have sent your inquiry properly, you will receive an automatic reply from our server with the Tracking Number.



3. Within 2 hours, you will receive a reply on the status of availability.
   To check the status of availability, to make reservation or to pay you have to login every time.
   Do not forget that your E-mail address and your password are needed for login.
   You will get the password automatically, don't forget to note it down and keep it.
   You will receive the answer on your e-mail.



4. In order to confirm your booking, make your payment, either online or offline, either in the total amount or as an advance payment. In case of an advance payment, the rest of the amount (balance) is to be paid 15 days before the start of your holidays at the latest, or upon arrival directly at your host. For each payment made you will receive a receipt with booking details. Upon the final payment of the entire amount, you will receive a voucher.



5. In case of cancellation of reservation with advance payment, we perform the refund of the 50% of advance payment, i.e. we shall charge only the real costs and the obligations to the host.



6. In case of cancellation of reservation with the amount paid in full, please take a look at the LEGAL DISCLAIMER.

Only the payment of the total amount is considered booking. Any advance payment is considered preliminary booking. Unless the remaining amount is paid, such booking will not be valid.

If you wish to access your desired accommodation unit directly, enter the appropriate code, which is given next to it. Click the "send" button and you will be able to access your desired holiday apartment or room. From there you can send your inquiry regarding its availability.
