croatiaholiday.hr shall provide accommodation in accordance with the provisions mentioned below. Accommodation shall not be provided in case of extraordinary circumstances (war, terrorist attacks, natural catastrophes, riots and other acts of God, which can cause disturbances in the functioning of our service and considerably reduce personal safety of our guests).
By booking the accommodation both the guest and the agency croatiaholiday.hr accept the conditions of accommodation services. Booking is deemed a contract entered into by and between the guest and the agency croatiaholiday.hr.
In special circumstances (the booked accommodation unit has already been occupied and the like) the agency croatiaholiday.hr reserves the right to change the booking of accommodation. In this specific case, the guest is entitled to have another accommodation unit as an alternative, of the same or a higher category. In case of any difference in price, which should be possibly paid by the guest for such alternative accommodation, the agency croatiaholiday.hr shall not charge such difference in price in the spirit of good practices in tourist trade.
If no alternative accommodation is possible, the agency croatiaholiday.hr reserves the right to cancel the booking made. In this case, croatiaholiday.hr is obliged to inform the guest on such cancellation and to perform the refund of the amount paid by the guest, in full and at its own expense.
The guest is entitled to change the booking made. In such case, the guest is obliged to inform the agency at least 15 days before the start of holidays. Each change of booking shall be charged EUR 10.00.
The guest is entitled to cancel the booking made. Each booking can be cancelled before the start of holidays and during the holidays. In case of such cancellation, the following penalties shall apply:

cancellation immediately before the arrival / within 3 days before the start of holidays or during the holidays 100% of the total price to be paid by the guest.
If the cancellation is made for an objective reason (illness, death, natural catastrophe, war), and such reason is not obvious, the guest is obliged to send appropriate evidence.
In case of excused cancellation, the agency shall charge only the real costs and not more than 5 % of the total amount.
Accommodation prices are expressed in Euros. They are clearly stated in the offer of each accommodation unit. The agency croatiaholiday.hr reserves the right to change the accommodation prices.
Price changes can be caused by fluctuations of the exchange rate or by some changes on the host's part.
Only in case of a price change on the host's part, the earlier booked accommodation is subject to a price in change, on which the agency croatiaholiday.hr is obliged to inform the guest.
In all other cases of accommodation price changes, the price established at the moment of booking shall apply.
The agency croatiaholiday.hr reserves the right to change the price if the guest arrives with more persons than stated in the voucher and charged. In this specific case, the agency croatiaholiday.hr also reserves the right to decline any accommodation.
The guest shall also pay other fees with regard to accommodation, such as visitors' tax. The visitors' tax is different in different places.
The guest shall also compensate for possible material damage, caused by him during his stay at the accommodation unit.
Categorisation of accommodation units and services with regard to such accommodation is based on the standards set forth in the Croatian law on categorisation of tourist-related facilities. It shall not be compared to the categorisation systems of other countries.
The agency croatiaholiday.hr shall not be liable for any loss or theft of luggage or material values possessed by the guest in the accommodation unit. Such cases shall be reported by the guest to the local police station and the host.
In case of any dispute arising from their contractual relation, the agency and the guest agree to attempt to solve the same amicably. The guest is entitled to complain at the booking made. Such complaints shall be sent to the agency in written form.
If the dispute arises during the guest's stay at the accommodation unit, the guest is obliged to settle the same with the accommodation unit owner, i.e. the host. If no positive solution of the guest's complaint can be reached, the guest shall immediately contact the agency representative.
The agency is obliged to attempt to solve the dispute within 14 days. In such case, the guest shall renounce his right to arbitration by third parties, i.e. the association of Croatian travel agencies, the court of mass media.
All disputes, which have not been solved amicably, shall be referred to the competent Municipal Court in Dubrovnik.
The agency croatiaholiday.hr shall be legally obliged to protect all data on guests. Such data can be sent only to authorised institutions (ministries, banks) and hosts.
The agency croatiaholiday.hr shall not be held responsible for possible links to third parties' Websites, which may appear on the Website of the agency croatiaholiday.hr. Such links shall be provided only for information purposes.
The owner of the Website on the Internet address www.croatiaholiday.hr is the agency "Ljetni dan" of Dubrovnik. Each unauthorised reproduction or alteration of its content or parts thereof (photos etc.) and the use of the same for illegal purposes shall be sanctioned by the law.
